근래의 부동산학개론 출제경향은 기초개념의 이해를 바탕으로 약간의 응용적인 사
고를 물어보는 추세입니다. 계산문제는 보통이었으나, 긍정형 문제가 출제 가 비중이
많아졌습니다. 따라서 긍정형 문제를 많이 풀어보시는 것도 좋을 듯 합니다. 계산문
제는 이론문제를 먼저 풀고 남은 시간을 활용하는 것이 좋습니다. 복잡한 내용이 아닌
간단한 식을 바탕으로 풀 수 있는 문제에 기초를 두고 대비하고 기초적인 이론의 이해
에 집중하면 충분히 점수를 획득할 수 있을 것이라 봅니다.
본서는 시험과 무관하거나 너무 방대한 내용보다 실전에서 점수를 획득하기 위해
필요한 내용을 중심으로 구성 되었습니다. 동영상을 기초로 공부하시는 수험생 분들
은 단원별 용어를 먼저 파악하시고 이해하기 어려운 부분은 해당 부분 동영상을 5회
정도 정독을 해보시면 충분히 해결될 수 있을 것이라 생각됩니다.
부동산학개론을 공부하시는 분들이 보편적으로 힘들어하시는 단원이 부동산경제
론, 부동산투자론, 부동산금융론, 감정평가론일 것입니다. 이 단원들은 강의를 들으
실 때, 기본 용어를 이해하시고 여러 번 반복해서 보셔야 합니다. 학습을 하실 때 처음
은 맨 앞의 총론부분부터 그 다음은 경제론을 먼저 여러 번 반복해서 보시고 정리가
되면 같은 방법으로 투자론, 금융론 등의 순서대로 공부하시는 것을 권해드리겠습니
다. 감정평가론은 3방식이 어려우시면 나머지 부분이라도 정리를 해두어야 60점 이상
을 목표로 할 때 도움이 됩니다. 그리고 계산문제가 평균 8~10문항 정도 출제되는데,
이론이 우선이지 계산문제가 우선은 아닙니다. 계산이 취약하신 분들은 이론에 대한
이해를 먼저 해야지 계산도 해결할 수 있습니다.

시험대비 시간은 금방 지나갑니다. 다음과 같이 공부하는 것을 권해드립니다.

첫째, 매일 작은 분량이라도 공부하는 습관을 가질 것

둘째, 이해가 안 되는 단원은 반복학습을 할 것

셋째, 나만의 단원 요점정리를 할 것

공인중개사 시험의 합격은 반복에 달려있습니다.
